For insurance, legal, and quality assurance purposes, video readings and coaching sessions may be recorded.

  • Clients will be notified before each session begins.

  • By continuing with the session, you consent to the recording.

  • If you do not consent, you must request a non-video option (e.g., audio-only, email, or written reading) before the session starts.

Recordings are kept confidential and used solely for legal protection and dispute resolution, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

5. No Physical Shipping

As TarotVox does not sell tangible goods:

  • There are no shipping charges

  • There are no tracking numbers

  • There are no physical delivery timeframes

All services and content are fulfilled online or electronically.
