At TarotVox LLC, we are committed to providing meaningful spiritual services and digital offerings with care and integrity. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our services and digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any of the following:

  • Intuitive tarot readings

  • Energy readings (for people or pets, alive or missing)

  • Mediumship sessions

  • Lenormand readings

  • One-on-one coaching or intuitive development sessions

  • Tarot parties or group readings

  • Courses, downloads, or any digital content

Once a service has been provided, accessed, or initiated, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable. This applies whether the session is live or pre-recorded, and whether the content is downloaded or delivered online.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you have booked a tarot party, coaching session, or any appointment-based service, you may cancel or reschedule only if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to respond within the 24-hour window will result in forfeiture of the appointment without refund.

3. Payment Responsibility

By placing an order on tarotvox.store or tarotvox.company.site, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the nature of the spiritual services and digital offerings being purchased

  • You accept that no refunds will be issued after purchase

  • You agree to use these services responsibly and with an open mind

4. Exceptions

We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with intuitive or spiritual insights, as these are subjective and non-guaranteed by nature.

However, if you believe there was a technical error (such as failed delivery of a digital product or duplicate charges), please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the issue fairly.
